What We Do

Land Within Reach develops Wildlife Communities™ in Texas, where families own large-acreage properties with 80% dedicated to professionally managed native habitat and 20% for their private homestead. We launched our first Wildlife Community™ in 2025, featuring The 80/20 Conservation Model™ and Done-For-You Conservation™ services, that showcases native grassland prairie recovery and wildlife habitat restoration.

As a Texas conservation developer, Land Within Reach actively promotes this critically-needed industry niche while contributing to the Texas conservation community through strategic partnerships and financial support. Through successful conservation development models, we’re demonstrating how residential development can enhance rather than diminish natural ecosystems, creating a sustainable future where Texas’s landscapes and wildlife heritage are preserved for generations.
